Dr. Gary Hall
Dr. Gary Hall received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and received his dental degree from the University of Detroit's School of Dentistry. He founded Plymouth Dental Associates in 1963 while he was practicing at the Rehabilitation Center of Detroit developing dental procedures for physically handicapped patients. In 1967, he founded the United States Dental Institute and remains its president. Dr. Hall is an Adjunct Clinical Instructor for the University of Michigan Dental School Outreach Clinical Program at our office, and also functions as President of Barton Matthew Inc., an FDA certified manufacturer of dental equipment. Dr. Hall's area of interest is cranial development in growing children. His hobbies are skiing and offshore multihull sailboat racing.

Dr. Dean Sommerfield
Dr. Sommerfield was born and raised in Saginaw, Michigan. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan and received his doctorate degree in Dentistry from the University of Detroit. Dr. Sommerfield also trained with the United States Dental Institute for orthodontics. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association, Detroit District Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentists. Dr. Sommerfield is also an Adjunct Clinical Instructor for the University of Michigan Dental School Outreach Clinical Program at our office. Dr. Sommerfield enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, bicycling and sports.

Dr. Thomas Gradolph
Raised in the metropolitan Detroit and Traverse City areas, Dr. Gradolph completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Arizona, and his doctorate degree in Dentistry at The University of Michigan School of Dentistry. After practicing in the metropolitan Detroit area and Vail, Colorado for over 25 years, Dr. Gradolph joined Plymouth Dental Associates in 2002. Dr. Gradolph is an adjunct clinical instructor for The University of Michigan School of Dentistry outreach clinical program, and a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, Detroit District Dental Society, and The Macomb County Dental Society. Dr. Gradolph is married and has two sons. His hobbies include golf, tennis and skiing.

Dr. Steven Olds
Dr. Steven Olds was born and raised in the Metro Detroit area. He attended the University of Michigan, and received his dental degree from the University of Detroit Mercy. Dr. Olds is a member of the Michigan Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Oakland County Dental Society. He is also an Adjunct Clinical Instructor for the University of Michigan Dental School Outreach Clinical Program at our office. Dr. Olds is married and has a young son. In his free time, he enjoys traveling up north, sports, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Thomas Stein
Raised in western Pennsylvania, Dr. Thomas Stein completed his undergraduate degree in Biology and Chemistry in 1971. Dr. Stein received his doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh in 1975 and his masters degree in 1977. Following three years of service in the US Navy and private practice in Maryland, Dr. Stein moved to Michigan with his wife, Patricia. He received a Specialty Certificate and Masters of Science degree in Endodontics in 1986 from the University of Michigan. Dr. Stein became a diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics making him Board Certified. Dr. Stein enjoys taveling with his wife, repairing old clocks, gardening, and photography.

Dr. Peter Leone
Dr. Peter Leone began his undergraduate education at Wayne State University and completed his dental degree at the University of Detroit School of Dentistry in 1991. He received a Specialty Certificate and Masters of Science degree in Periodontics in 1996 from The Ohio State University. In 1997 he became a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology making him Board Certified. He enjoys hunting, fishing, coaching team sports and spending time with his wife and four children.

Dr. Paul Ho
Dr. Paul Ho earned his chemistry degree in Toronto, Canada where he gew up. After completing dental school and an Oral Surgery Residency at Case Western Reserve, Cleveland, Ohio, Dr. Ho completed a General Practice Residency at Metro Health Center in Cleveland. In 1998, Dr. Ho was certified in Maxillofacial Surgery. He entered into private practice and became a Diplomate of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in 2000 and recertified in 2008. He enjoys traveling with his two daughters and home renovation projects.

Dr. Nicole Siara-Olds
Dr. Siara-Olds earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from University of Windsor, Ontario in 2000, and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2004. Dr. Siara-Olds completed a General Practice Residency at the Veterans Medical Center in Detroit. During that time she was a part-time clinical faculty at the University of Detroit, School of Dentistry. She then proceeded to earn her Master of Science Degree and Certificate of Clinical Competence in Orthodontics at the University of Detroit Mercy. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Siara-Olds met her husband, Dr. Steven Olds, at the University of Detroit Mercy. She enjoys golfing, skiing, tennis, and playing the piano. She especially enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
